General Contracting
As a General Contractor, Cava Construction typically works under a lump sum contract and perform many or all of the tasks involved in the project ourselves. All general contracting work is performed under the supervision of a professional construction superintendents on Cava Construction’s team.

Construction Management
As a Construction Manager, Cava Construction typically work under a professional services contract. This allows us to work with the owner and architect-engineers to establish a management team that designs and completes each project in the most timely and cost effective manner. The Construction Management approach generally allows for the most flexibility and the ability to design a package that is specific to each project and owner`s needs.

Design Build
The Design/Build delivery system effectively combines the elements of General Contracting and Construction Management into a phased method of construction. This process allows the owner to be an integral part of the construction team proving input of specific needs and requirements. It can also minimize the project risk for an owner and reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.
