Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field LEED knowledge or certification is a plus Pertinent internship or prior career experience (1-2 years) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, project, outlook) Superior interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills Knowledge and experience with the NYC Building Code Basic understanding of construction/ground-up construction Knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff is a plus. Must maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Superintendents

Must have 5-10 years NYC high rise experience and a structural concrete background preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office and Prolog a plus. Construction Site Safety Manager license a plus.
